I found out early in my life that I could suffer from baldness. My family has generations of hair loss in them just by simply looking at our family photos. Everyone ranging from uncles to grandfathers to even my own dad has had hair loss in different ways, shapes and forms.
I knew I could not avoid it since it is genetic. It is hereditary and the chances of me having it were bigger than I had hoped it would not. But instead of moping, being in self-pity and being sorry for myself, I took it to heart to find a way to delay the process from happening in my life. I looked for different practical baldness treatments that I can do by myself.
I did some research and found the following ways.
The daily washing of hair is one of the best hair loss treatment regiments any person can do. It will facilitate in the release of DHT or dihydrotestosterone in the sebum oil duct. While you wash your hair, consider massaging it thoroughly with your fingers. This will increase blood circulation and will rush the very important nutrients your hair needs.
Lessen your intake of stress. Did you know that stress is typically associated to baldness? Thought it may not have a direct cause to baldness, it can become a cause of an activity that can lead to hair loss. For example, due of stress, people start eating the wrong kind of food. There are certain food that is not good for your body and your hair. One must remember that a daily diet must have food rich in protein and be low of carbohydrates and fats. Food robust with Vitamins B and B12 are great to fight hair loss. Such food includes clams, oysters, mussels, liver, fish, cheese, lamb, and eggs.
Additionally, include food rich in amino acids like Lysine to your everyday diet. Lysine triggers Ferritin which helps reduce stress and kicks in hair growth. Lysine-rich food includes chicken, fish, pork, tuna, cheese, nuts, eggs and soybean products like tofu.
Quit smoking! Studies show that cigarette smoking and drinking can greatly damage the circulation system of our bodies and will prevent the amount of blood flow that carries the nutrients to the hair follicles of the scalp.
As I ponder on these things, I tell myself that I can help my body in fight hair loss by doing these practical baldness treatments. Though we may not know the best hair loss treatment in the world, it is better to do what we can to delay hair loss. As for me, I am willing to do these things early on.
